After receiving these chairs I was skeptical about how sturdy they are. I weigh 235 pounds and the chairs I get at the local big box store never hold up. They wobble and break after a few months use (several days a week at baseball games). These chairs are rock steady have held up for over two months and are lightweight and comfortable. The open weave makes them more comfortable than most other chairs I have owned.
