Beats Falling on the Ice April 22, 2008
This wonderful invention allows me to live in a cold climate and stay upright, mostly a problem on ice... and some types of snow. I have lived in warm climates my whole life and was very unfamiliar with freezing tempatures. I put these on and mostly defy ice/snowy conditions. My pair has lasted me three seasons and show no sign of wear. I have recommended these to dozens of people and will continue to do so. Under no circumstances can you or should you wear them inside on almost any type of indoor flooring. You will likely fall (nothing for them to grip onto) if you ignore this advice, trust me, I did while entering a Safeway. Also, they will scratch wood & laminate flooring (probably others as well). I love this product and encourage you to give them a try.
yaktrax are great March 18, 2008
I wear my yaktrax when walking or running in the early morning. I've been able to get out more often since purchasing them because I'm no longer afraid of slipping on the ice and snow. I'll be healthier thanks to my yaktrax purchase.

I have only had the Yaktracs for a short time & it consistently slips off my boots & I have slipped & fell once when wearing them.

I bought Yaktrax for a gift. It arrived sooner than I expected and it's a great product - really keeps you from sliding on the ice!
