 Nice watch January 21, 2008
I own 4 Invicta watches, this watch is nice and has worked flawlessly for over a year now. However, the watch band gave out at the latch. it broke. The band seemd not as heavy or solid as the other invictas i own. I now use a sport strap with the watch, which makes it look nice.

Great watch! I usually wear diver watches but had difficulty finding a white face to wear when in a business suit w/white shirt; so this watch works perfectly. Not too much bling-bling. I now have several Invicta watches and they all look and work great. Being a little hard on watches I can't see spending $3k to $5k on a watch that I'll most likely ding up.

It is a nice looking watch and I only have one complaint -- the hour subdial does not reset to zero. Yes, I read the instructions in the manual. In fact I also went to the Invicta website for additional information. After repeatedly attempting to reset the subdial I sent an email to Invicta asking for assistance. I have waited over a week for a response -- very poor customer service. I will give them one more week to respond. If I don't hear from them I will return the watch. Hopefully they read these reviews and will realize that not only are they on the verge of losing one customer, but prospective customers might look elsewhere after reading of Invicta's poor customer assistance department.

When i was deciding to get a watch for myself, I was tied between buying this one and the invicta 9211. I had seen the two tone daytona watch and really really liked it and as i had heard that this watch was very similiar to the rolex one so i went for it.
Well surprise surprise a 100 dollar watch can't compete with a 20000$ watch. This watch is extremely cheap looking although it is functional but it is kind of watch that street hussler's wear. So if you think yourself to be in the category of a business man or salaried employee, strictly stay away and buy the invicta 9211 as it is much more decent looking.

I can't read anything on it because of gold on gold on white and a really teeny date window that I can't see except with a magnifying glass.
It is a very heavy, classy, stylish watch that garners raves from all that see it; however, I am returning it to exchange for the black dial. I might just see that one.Invicta Men's Speedway Chronograph Watch #S Series 9224
