This book is dedicated to the 23, 000 Finns who died to ensure the freedom of their nation. It readily points out the reasons why the Finns were able to achieve the early success which they enjoyed and then the causes of their eventual defeat. Lessons about cold-weather operations are presented along with the thactical context in which they took place. Nice clean book.
