What a great book. The Lord has definately worked in these families lives. Couldn't put it down. Hard to believe something like this could actually happen.Mistaken Identity: Two Families, One Survivor, Unwavering Hope
Great story April 29, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Amazing story of two families that endure unbelievable circumstances because of the strength that God's grace empower them with. It is also a strong testimony that real life is more amazing and interesting than any fictional story.
Wonderfully inspiring! April 29, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is an easy read and you will hardly be able to put it down.
At first interest, you want to know the details of how all the actions took place and when did they realize the mistakes. All of a sudden, in the first few pages you are introduced to the families and their unfailing faith. As you continue, you are consumed in the love these families have for one another and and of their love of their Lord. You literally feel it and it continues throughout the book. Both of these families will be an inspiration to me for the rest of my life as a benchmark of how, with our Lords love and grace, we can always be an example and let others see Christ in us.

After seeing the families involved on TV, I felt led to purchase the book. I was rewarded by additional information about this moving story. I admire the strength of both families, 'crying' my way through many of the passages. They are wonderful examples of what it means to be a follower of Christ.
Mistaken Idenity April 28, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This was a great read and a very inspiring true story. Both familes involved showed true Christain and loving faith. I wonder just how I would have reacted and pray that I would have shown as much grace and understanding. I live in Southern Indiana and followed this story very closely as it happened so I can, without a doubt, say that it was written exactly how it happened. I also have friends in Marion, Indiana and they say the same thing. I would recommend this to everyone.
