This book is a must have for the inquisitive pre-med. It lays the facts out for you in a systematic way, which allows for quick and easy comparison between schools. It is definitely worth the $25!

If you could only get one book that provided info on getting into medical school, this is it. It is the de facto guide from getting into an osteopathic school.

This book is a superior reference source. I bought it for my daughter and found myself using it more than she did. I also found another book recommended in another review of this book. Although, it too may be very good. They don't ship the book or return your money. So it is my opinion the gold standard is still the MSAR.

umm this wasnt exactly what i needed. its basically just a directry of the medical schools in the country. i wanted more information on requirements to get into the school. all of the info on this book is available for free on the schools website

This is a great guide for comparing medical schools in the US and Canada. It has admission reqirements, dates, contacts, scholarship levels, costs...... Recommended for anyone considering a medical education.
