4 out of 5 stars A twist on MBTI   May 12, 2007

In short, I liked the book. I took the test, found out I was an Innovator and found out who my antithesis is. All that being said, the iDISC is explained in laymen terms and makes a lot of sense. For those of us who are familiar and have used MBTI, this is along those lines and makes perfect sense.

Fun to read
I really enjoyed the author's writing in this book. Dr. Bradberry has
influenced me to learn more about myself and to explore the perspectives of
others. I enjoyed the stories, understood the research, and the test that
comes with the book is top-notch. I have benefited so much from this
information I hope everyone who comes in contact with this information have
the same revelations as I did.

5 out of 5 stars Fascinating book   April 26, 2007

I bought The Personality Code after it received a good review here in Newsday in New York. It's a really interesting book that explains how personality controls much of what we do and say each day, as well as how little personality changes in adults. I enjoyed the descriptions of the 14 types of people, as well as the online test that told me which personality type I have.

5 out of 5 stars What's your type?   April 20, 2007

First, I have to say that I've read A LOT of books on personality and this is by far the best one. The author's approach is based upon some pretty ambitious research with 500,000 people across the world, but the writing is still clear, easy to follow, and interesting. The online test that you can only take when you buy the book is also key. The test showed me my personality type, my anti-type, and it also showed me what each type looks like in action with some neat movie clips.
