 Good book for the beginner September 20, 2007
This book provides a lot of basic information on horse care. It is a must have for the new horse owner or someone taking up the sport. I was hoping for a little more information on feeding, but overall it was a good buy.

I learned a lot. A great book for anyone who is thinking about or owns horses. Easy to read and understand. I think even the more experienced horse owner can learn a lot from this book. A good read.

I thought this book was excellent and I read it cover to cover in one sitting. Definitely recommended for someone who knows little about horses and is interested in getting into horses.

This book is great for all types of horse lovers!!!! I loved how it tells those who are just starting to look into owning a horse what they need to realize as far as cost and caring... It's VERY informative and covers almost everything!!! This book isn't dumb.
